Each of the 500 vehicles in Forza Horizon 5 can accumulate dirt and damage, but luckily they can all be repaired instantly with the push of a button. There’s even an option to turn off cosmetic damage entirely.

How to repair a car in Forza Horizon 5

To repair a car in Forza Horizon 5 and reset its cosmetic damage, you must first press the D-Pad up to activate photo mode and then press LB. To repair a car on PC, press P to activate photo mode, then press R. This is the default key binding for PC. If this has been changed, you have to look in your personal settings which button has been assigned for photo mode and car repair.

This will instantly reset the damage or remove the accumulated dirt that tends to accumulate when driving off-road cars in Forza Horizon 5. Some may enjoy this look, but others may find it annoying having to reset cosmetic damage every time a crash happens. Thankfully, there’s an option to disable cosmetic damage entirely.

To disable cosmetic damage in Forza Horizon 5 and eliminate the need to repair cars, one should stop the game and navigate to the Settings menu, located in the Campaign tab. You then select “Difficulty Level”, go down to the “Damage and Tire Wear” option and change it to “None”.

Regardless of how many times you crash at danger signs or how much dirt you collect in Forza Horizon 5’s drift zones, all the cars now look like they just got them. This option can be undone at any time.

There is no doubt that this car will surprise you! Meet the wacky little electric car that sets a new record with bold design and massive sound that will leave you speechless.

A daring car sets the new record at the 2022 Goodwood Festival of Speed. The record holder may have hurt the ears of all the audience with this car sound. McMurtry Spéirling was unveiled by its designers at the Festival of Speed in Goodwood last year. We can say that its design is quite bold.

Under the hood of this little car are two electric motors powered by a 60kWh battery that can output up to a thousand horsepower. This engine is housed in a small frame weighing less than a ton.

McMurtry Fan Car: Breaks records for speed

More than just a design, McMurtry will impress you with its power. Indeed, its designers aimed to move away from the usual standards of racing cars to present a concept that is as original as it is efficient.

And this plan was successful because McMurtry Spéirling broke the time record of the Goodwood Festival of Speed 2022. The last record on the board was for another electric model, the Volkswagen ID.R. However, McMurtry broke this record with 39.08 seconds.

The Austrian Grand Prix hosts the second sprint race of the season this weekend. Therefore, drivers will only take part in two practice sessions. Discover the full free practice program for the eleventh round of the championship below.

This week, there is no time to recover from the emotions of the British Grand Prix! Because from Friday, the drivers will participate in free practice 1 of the Austrian Grand Prix, which corresponds to the eleventh round of a championship with 23 races on the calendar.

As the second sprint race of the season will take place this weekend, in Spielberg, only two free practice sessions will be scheduled.

The first will be held early Friday afternoon, as usual, and will be followed by the classic qualifications. The second will be held on Saturday, also at the start of the afternoon, and will be followed by the famous sprint race.

Wolff keeps his feet firmly on the ground

During the British Grand Prix, which took place from July 1 to 3, Lewis Hamilton came very close to victory. And although he eventually positioned himself behind Carlos Sainz and Sergio Pérez, the British driver was able to fight against the race leaders and gave us some magnificent battles, especially against his Mexican competitor.

While the W13 are becoming more and more competitive, Toto Wolff is not getting carried away… “In Barcelona we thought we saw the light at the end of the tunnel. But what followed proved us wrong, in particular on the three street circuits that followed, so I don’t want to be too optimistic at the moment”, explained the team principal of the German team.

And knowing that the Red Bull Ring hasn’t been exactly Mercedes-friendly in the past, Toto Wolff is probably right to be cautious. “There are a few corners there that haven’t really suited our car in the past, so that’s something we have to be mindful of. But we’re on a continuous learning curve.

I think it’s going to be very difficult to win this season, so we just have to get into battle order to make sure we extract the maximum performance from the car.”
